Meet Our Team

Judge Donald Colistro

Associate Judge

Don was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. He graduated from Washington State University and Gonzaga University School of Law. Don has served as a prosecuting attorney and spent many years in private practice, where he handled a variety of criminal and civil cases. He began his employment with the Kalispel Tribe in 2017, as a Staff Attorney and later as Prosecutor in the Tribe’s Legal Unit. Most recently, he was appointed by Tribal Council to the position of Associate Judge in the Kalispel Tribal Court. In addition to his legal experience, Don enjoyed a lengthy and distinguished career in law enforcement, having served with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. Don is married and has three grown children. He enjoys fly fishing and other outdoor activities.

Johnna Konkright

CASA Program Manager

Johnna Konkright was born and raised in the local community and graduated as a twelve-year senior from Priest River Lamanna High School in 2014.

Johnna began her employment in August of 2015, with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians in the Camas Early Learning Center. In December of 2017, Johnna transferred to the Pend Oreille Valley CASA Program, a dual program maintaining employment with the Kalispel Tribe of Indians, she has held various positions within the program. Johnna is our Program Manager for the Pend Oreille Valley CASA Program and enjoys advocating and serving vulnerable children within the Pend Oreille and Kalispel Jurisdictions.

Johnna holds many State Certificates in Early Childhood Education and is near completion of her AAS-T in Early Childhood Education from Spokane Falls Community College.

In her time out of the office, Johnna enjoys spending time with her husband, Jeron and their Golden Retriever, Emma. Johnna enjoys spending many summer days on the river and enjoying the outdoors!

Megan Scott

Court Clerk II

Megan Scott was born and raised in the Pend Oreille County area and graduated from Cusick High School in 2003. Megan moved to Spokane after graduation to attend Eastern Washington University and returned to the local area in 2018, where she currently raises her three kids.

Megan worked in the banking/mortgage industry for nearly 13 years and is also a licensed Washington Realtor. She began her employment with the Kalispel Tribe as an on-call receptionist at Tribal Headquarters and in 2020 began her career as a Court Clerk II with Kalispel Tribal Court.

In Megan’s spare time, which she has very little of, she enjoys attending her kids’ sporting events and spending time with friends and family.

Jamie Bradley

Tribal Court Manager

Jamie Bradley moved to the area in 1988 from Western Montana and has enjoyed the beautiful landscapes both areas offer. Jamie has a supportive husband, five adult children and four grandchildren. Jamie and her husband enjoy outdoor recreation and traveling.

Jamie’s employment at the Kalispel Tribal Court began in 2015 as a Court Clerk II. During her time at the Court, Jamie has gained intimate knowledge of Tribal Court operations. Prior to joining the team at Kalispel Tribal Court, Jamie was the Operations Manager at Bonner County 911 where she gained experience as a manager and was instrumental in the administrative processes of the department.

Jamie views her role as Court Manager as an opportunity to assist Tribal and community members with navigating the complex judicial system and assist the Court staff in all capacities.

Gunnar Watson

Probation Officer

Gunnar Watson grew up in several places around western Washington before moving east to attend Washington State University in the early 2000’s. Gunnar obtained a degree in Criminal Justice and began looking for work in the Public Safety field.

Gunnar’s employment at the Kalispel Tribal Court began in 2016 as a Kalispel Tribal Probation Officer. Gunnar says the Kalispel Tribe of Indians is phenomenal to work for and has thoroughly enjoyed his time serving the Kalispel Tribe and its community members.

In his free time, he likes to visit with friends and family, as well as watch sporting events.

Jenni Seger

Court Clerk II

Jenni Seger was born & raised in the Newport/Usk area. Jenni is married and has 3 adult children: Adrienne 27 (and 1 grandson: Dominick), Makyle 26 and Gage 20. Jenni and her husband enjoy boating, spending time outdoors, road trips and spending time with friends and family.

Jenni’s employment at the Kalispel Tribal Court began September 20, 2021 as a Court Clerk II. Her first week consisted of Court Clerk training in Las Vegas, NV! This training has helped Jenni to gain knowledge in the history and overview of Tribal Court. Prior to joining the team at Kalispel Tribal Court, Jenni was a Civil Court Clerk at Pend Oreille County District Court for 8 years. Not only did she have to know the Civil side of court operations but also the Criminal side as well.

Jenni is excited to learn all aspects of her position at Kalispel Tribal Court and appreciates her coworker’s knowledge and patience along the way.

Allyson Bluff

Community Programs Manager

Allyson Bluff grew up on the Spokane Indian Reservation. After high school, Allyson attended the University of California – Berkeley, graduating in 2017 with a degree in Political Science with a focus in American Politics. Allyson later earned a Master of Public Administration from Eastern Washington University in 2021.

Allyson began working for the Kalispel Tribal Court in 2017 as the Strategic Plan Coordinator. During her time with the Tribal Court, she has overseen the development, implementation, and operations of a number of Tribal Court projects, including the Kalispel Legal Advice Clinic, Youth Court, Cusick High School’s Mock Trial Project, the Justice Center Feasibility Study, and the Healing of the Canoe Summer Youth Camp. In 2022, Allyson accepted her current role as the Court’s Community Programs Manager, where she continues to oversee a number of grant-funded programs and projects.

Outside of work, Allyson enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. When not binge watching the latest shows, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

Saydele Haynes

Juvenile Justice Coordinator

Saydele Haynes is an enrolled member of the Colville Confederated Tribes of Nespelem, WA. Saydele has grown up on the Kalispel Reservation and attended Cusick High School. After graduating high school, Saydele has attended North Idaho College in Coeur D’Alene, ID, Salish Kootenai College in Pablo, MT, and is currently enrolled in the Social and Criminal Justice program at the University of Arizona Global Campus.

Saydele has held numerous positions with the Kalispel Tribe dating back to 2010. As a teenager, Saydele began working for the Tribe through the summer youth employment program and has since held several positions including working with Tribal youth, serving at the Kalispel Casino, and with other Tribal enterprises. Saydele began working at the Kalispel Tribal Court in January 2021.

In her free time, you can find Saydele spending time with her family, friends, and her fur baby Nala, beading, coaching, weightlifting, or just enjoying the outdoors.

Sue Benson

Administrative Assistant

Sue Benson was raised in Southern Idaho where is graduated high school. She is married and has 2 adult children: Trenton is 39 and Tyrel is 38. She also has 6 grandchildren. Sue and her husband enjoy boating, taking long rides on the motorcycle, and spending time with their family and friends.

Sue started working for the Kalispel Tribe in 2018 as a fill in and then full time as a receptionist. She made the move to Kalispel Tribal Court in June of 2022. She has always worked helping others. She also worked at St. Benedicts Hospital in Jerome ID. She also did insurance billing, admitting, switch board operator, and filing clerk. She looks forward to serving our community in any way she can.
